Shipping Policy

All SigTee products are printed on demand. Each order is produced in our partner facility after purchase.

Production time

Production typically takes 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Delivery windows

  • European Union: 5–10 business days after production (8–15 days total)
  • United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia: 7–14 business days after production (10–19 days total)
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days after production (13–25 days total)

Estimates exclude customs delays, public holidays and unexpected courier disruptions.

Shipping rates

Free shipping on orders over €49.99. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking link delivered by email as soon as your package leaves the print facility.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking has not updated in more than 14 days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us via the contact page with your order number. We will work with the courier and arrange a free replacement where appropriate.

Incorrect addresses

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address will incur a re-shipping fee.
